Llama shepherding in the High-Andes

For a visit at the Aymara in the Chilean Altiplano

From Iquique this tour leads to the Chilean Altiplano and the Atacama Desert. On the way you will visit the saltpeter town of Humberstone, the geoglyph "Gigante de Atacama", the hot springs of Chusmiza as well as smaller villages of the Aymara and spend the nights in the house of a local Aymara family. On day three, you and your local guide will lead a herd of llamas and alpacas through the Altiplano back to the village of Chusmiza.
