The Chilean Ministry of Health has announced new modifications regarding the quarantine that so far is mandatory in six districts of the Metropolitan Region.

As of Monday, April 13, the total quarantine in some areas of the communes of Santiago and Ñuñoa will no longer be in effect. In both cases, the quarantine measure is maintained for the northern sectors (from Blanco Encalada and Av. Matta in the case of Santiago and from Av. Grecia in Ñuñoa).

For the rest of the districts (Lo Barnechea, Vitacura, and Providencia), the measure is lifted as of Monday 13 at 5 am. Las Condes district remains in total quarantine.
