New ticketing system in Torres del Paine

Torres del Paine National Park, one of Chile’s most iconic destinations, will implement a new differentiated ticketing system starting January 1, 2026. The aim is to optimize visitor flow within the park, protect the natural environment, and ensure that all visitors can enjoy the park safely and sustainably.

Tickets by sector: plan your route

Tickets will now be sold by specific sectors, depending on the routes you wish to visit: Full Day (vehicle access), Base Torres, W Trek, and Paine Circuit. This allows visitors to purchase a ticket that matches their individual itinerary. A daily visitor limit applies to all sectors.

Planning multi-day visits made easier

The previously available multi-day tickets will, from 2026 onward, be offered only for the W Trek and the Paine Circuit. However, for multi-day visits it will still be possible to select multiple dates in the shopping cart, enter personal details only once, and purchase all tickets together, provided the visit is planned in advance.

Increased safety and better control

The new system will also enable improved visitor registration within the park, helping park rangers respond more effectively to emergencies, weather changes, or special situations on site.
This tracking system is designed to enhance visitor safety and improve coordination among rescue and response teams.

How to buy your tickets

The new ticketing system is now available at www.pasesparques.cl, with payment by credit card. A day ticket costs 32,400 CLP (approx. USD 33), while a multi-day ticket for longer trekking routes costs 48,500 CLP (approx. USD 50).

Tips for your visit

  • Plan in advance which sectors of the park you want to visit and purchase your tickets early.
  • Schedule visits to different sectors on separate days to make the most of your time.
  • Stay informed about possible temporary closures, for example due to extreme weather conditions.
