Penguins and sea lions in the Strait of Magellan

Boat trip through the Strait of Magellan to the Magdalena and Marta Islands. While the Isla Marta is home to more than 1,000 sea lions as well as cormorants, skuas, Austral seagulls, Antarctic pigeons and sea elephants, the Isla Magdalena provides habitat for one of the most important colonies of Magellanic Penguins. Here it is possible to go ashore for approx. 1 hour to get to know the natural habitat of the colony. If you are lucky you may even observe dolphins during the trip.
