The winery is located in Casablanca Valley, approx. 1 hour from Santiago and 40 minutes from Valparaiso/Viña del Mar. It has 2.5 millions of liters in capacity in stainless steel tanks and 120,000 liters in oak barrels. In total it is located on 130 hectares and produces Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, but also Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Carmenere and Carignan from other valleys (Colchagua, Cauquenes and Maipo). With all this varieties they produce around 2,100 tons for their wines but also provide winery service to other wineries/growers in the area (processing grapes, vinification, and barrel work). The winery also works with other non-traditional varieties like Petit Verdot, Syrah, Grenache, Mouvedre and Cabernet Franc, depending of the services.
Assistance in vintage cellar performing tasks like racking juice, pump overs, yeasting, transfer wine, barrel work, cleaning tanks, fermenting additions, temperature control, and others.
- Normally 45 hours per week
- During periods of strong demand or during the harvest period there can be 12-hour-shifts on 7 days per week (day and night shifts). In this case one day off which is paid will be offered. All interns will rotate shifts every two weeks. Day shifts are from 8:00am to 08:00pm and night shifts from 08:00pm to 8:00 am.
