The School
Founded in 1992, our Spanish language school offers individual service in a friendly atmosphere. It is situated in a beautiful old mansion, built in the beginning of the 20th century, in the central district of Providencia, just a few steps away from metro station Salvador and a beautiful park. Crossing the Mapocho river over a nearby bridge, you will get to the famous bohemian neighborhood of Bellavista. Due to its pubs, clubs, artisan workshops and small theaters, it is a favorite place for students, artists and craftsmen. Here you can try the national drink Pisco Sour (after classes, please!), buy souvenirs or use the chairlift to go up the San Cristóbal hill for a beautiful panoramic view of Santiago.
The Spanish Lessons
Instruction is divided into ten levels so that each student can be assigned exactly to his/her level. There are rarely more than four students per class, usually less. The teachers are committed professionals who all speak Spanish as their native language. The main goal is to achieve the proficiency to communicate well. The school provides the textbooks, and in the advanced courses, they also work with Latin American literature, texts about current topics and music by popular Chilean musicians and poets (Inti Illimani, Victor Jara, Mercedes Sosa, Violeta Parra, Pablo Neruda, Gabriela Mistral....).

Additional Program
|

In addition to the Spanish lessons, the school offers a program designed to give students insight into the cultural, political, socioeconomic, historical and ecological conditions of Chile. The students visit various organizations, memorials, museums, etc. This program takes place in the afternoons.
On weekends, there are excursions to the Andes, to hot springs, to national parks and to the beach. The students can also choose from a wide variety of activities such as rock climbing, mountain climbing and rafting. Those who are more interested in city life can learn to dance salsa, tango or merengue. All these activities are not included in the course price.
