All rooms are individual rooms, although there are also double rooms for two people travelling together. The rent normally includes expenses like gas, water, electricity, local telephone. In most cases, you might use the kitchen, the living / dining room, the patio / terrace and other common facilities of the house (as washing machine, television, telephone, Internet etc.). Some homes offer meals, too (not included).
