Enjoy one day in connection with the power and magic of the whales' spirit, at a place called Quintay located 124 kilometers from the city of Santiago on the central coast: The Whaling of Quintay. This place has been a whaling base for many years. Now it is a museum and belongs to the World Heritage. Inside we can see all the facilities that were used to develop products from these giants of the sea.
Then we will make a tour along the coast of the central zone through the wonderful Wetlands which is a place of residence of many of the migratory birds. We will finish our tour at the beautiful "Laguna del Peral" which is one of the shrines of nature dedicated to conservation and preservation of the birds of our country. We will see birds like the 7-color bird or black-necked swans.
